Our client, a health care company, are looking for a part-qualified Accountant to join their business on a full time permanent basis. The company is currently in a growth phase and are looking to expand their team. Key Responsibilities. Participate in all month end activities including preparing reporting packs as required. Liaise with senior managers across all profit and cost centres and provide financial support and advice as required. Assist with annual budgeting processes. Review and collate Payroll reports (fortnightly and monthly. Coordinate, mentor, support and advise Finance Admin team. Prepare professional reports as required on financial information. Accounts payable and Accounts Receivable. Prepare and present proposals for process improvement and cost reduction. Budgeting and Forecasting. Preparing year-end file for audit and dealing any queries arising. Support a customer oriented culture, ensuring that the Finance team support and prioritise the needs of the front line business. Qualifications and Experience: Part qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA,CPA) with a minimum of 3 years commercial accounts experience. Month end reporting experience essential. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills together with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Demonstrate an ability to deliver in a fast-paced work environment and to strive for excellence; Possess energy and a positive attitude with a proven ability to adapt to the day to day needs of the Finance team and the business; Be self motivated, curious and flexible, a self-starter who works well both individually and as part of a team; Strong IT skills including Excel and Access - experience with Exchequer an advantage.
