Graphic Designer/Marketing Administrator. BlackBee, a Cork based investment firm, is seeking a Graphic Designer/Marketing Administrator. May suit a recent graduate. Location: Cork City. Position: Full Time. Salary: €26k to €28k depending on experience. Main Duties & Responsibilities. Designing, producing, amending and updating internal and external marketing documents including: brochures, flyers, application forms, web content, presentations etc; Designing and issuing communications via email marketing; Providing website maintenance and regular updating; Managing Social Media content and regular updating; Offering ideas and initiatives around engaging and effective marketing strategies/campaigns; Managing and coordinating project communication schedules; Coordinate/execute marketing campaigns; Managing supplier relationships; Organising Webinars for different business units; Printing & posting brochures. Past Experience and Skills. Proficient in the use of Adobe InDesign and also ideally Photoshop and Illustrator; Experience using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Mailchimp, Wordpress/Elementor; Team player, ability to work well with a small team; Capable of working on own initiative, take ownership and able to offer solutions to items that may; Organised and strong attention to detail; Good communication skills (verbal and written); Capable of working effectively under pressure, handling multiple tasks and changing priorities.
