This encompasses all sports and leisure activity including All Together Active, Leisure people and Training, marketing and POS. To work on new ideas to generate revenue and grow profit in line with the business strategy.  The successful person will: ·        Hold a current NPLQ Lifeguard qualification. ·        Have 3 years previous experience of successfully           delivering a Sports & Leisure programme. ·        Hold a RLSS or STA Trainer qualification preferably. ·        Hold a current Pool Plant Operations qualification           preferably. ·        NPMQ Qualified preferably.
