ABOUT THE LAND DEVELOPMENT AGENCY. The Land Development Agency (LDA), established in September 2018, is a key Government land management initiative to develop public land for housing delivery. The LDA will be overseen by an independent board of directors and the Government has committed to providing the LDA with an initial portfolio of development sites and initial equity of up to €1.25 billion when our primary legislation is passed in 2020.   Role Purpose. Cork City Docklands Delivery Office. A Delivery Office will be established as a partnership between Cork City Council and the Land Development Agency to advance the development of Cork City Docklands.  This will be made up of a project team to deliver the potential of the Cork City Docklands by supporting and catalysing development through a clear delivery plan for upfront infrastructure which will bring renewed confidence.   The Role: This management role involves management and delivery of a wide range of elements that will all play key roles in successfully unlocking the Docklands potential as well as leading a core dedicated team that will be supported by the wider resources of the Cork City Council and the Land Development Agency.
