Sales Engineer – PM. Working with a leading company that specialises in controlled environment solutions are looking to recruit a Sales Engineer to look after a particular product range. The Commercial Engineer would need some pharmaceutical experience, either projects and/or powder handling. The role would be to support their supplier - Site surveys, install management, specifying, after sales etc. He/she will maintain and grow relationships with their US Supplier. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and technically supporting the supplier, including solidifying customer leads, determining customer needs and requirements. Duties include: · Develop and manage the relationship and give support to the supplier. · Manage the efficient daily operation. · Develop and maintain an understanding of their product portfolio, liaising with suppliers and attending regular training and upskilling sessions provided by suppliers and within the company. · Ensure prompt and professional handling of all division enquiries. · Leverage existing industry knowledge and contacts, develop and implement strategies to generate new business. · Provide an excellent level of customer service. · Presents and discusses product capabilities with potential customers. · Solidifies the lead generated. · Determines feasibility of the customers’ requirements. · Provides input to management team for generating and updating sales projection forecasts. · Provides support to companies representatives. Skills/experience: · Bachelor’s Degree essential. · Minimum of 5 years in Pharmaceutical/Engineering of related areas or processes. · Advanced knowledge in project management and related coordination of different functions. · Powder handling experience. · Proven sales track record.
