Receptionist. Cork. Permanent. My client, an SME Cork city is recruiting a Receptionist with a strong customer focus to join their existing team. Strong career progression opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities. Manage the reception for the business and handle a high volume of calls and emails. Act as first point of contact for customer queries. Liaise with customers via phone and email. Deal with any issues in an efficient and timely manner and escalate to management where necessary. Liaise with colleagues, management and external stakeholders as required. Build and maintain strong professional relationships. Ensure all documentation is completed, managed and maintained accurately and efficiently. Other related ad-hoc administrative tasks where necessary. Requirements. 2+ years' experience in a similar role. Comfortable in a busy environment dealing with a range of different tasks. Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus. Highly organised with excellent attention-to-detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Flexible and adaptable to support business needs with a positive attitude. Strong administration skills and high proficiency in MS Office suite.
