Customer service and Sales Reps urgently required. Cork. Our client based in Cork are currently seeking Customer Operations and Sales Representatives for permanent positions. These are full-time roles  Day to day: • Effectively manage incoming customer contact. • Ensure excellent service standards. • Assist with processing payments. • Resolve issues or complaints with a resolution. • Build sustainable relationships with customers, team members and clients. • Comfortable working through conflicts with customers. Requirements: Execellent communications skills (written and spoken. English Fluency. Customer support experience ideal.
