Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes: Good communications skills – excellent customer relations. Ability to maintain professionalism – a critical thinker who can react calmly in all situations. Competent in using a computer – a good understanding of all Microsoft Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook etc.) is required, in addition the ability to learn new IT Packages is essential. Minimum leaving cert (or equivalent) including Maths and English  Good clear telephone manner. Ability to multi-task and prioritise jobs in order of importance  Excellent Organisational Skills - Good attention to detail  Experience in office administration and ability to take direction from managers and other staff within the clinic. Hardworking, conscientious, with a ‘can do’ attitude.  Hours: Full time post  9:00 – 6:00 pm Monday – Friday  Part time post – negotiable hours dependent on suitable candidate ( Clinic open Monday to Saturday. The Role: Answering incoming calls and dealing with client queries.  Dealing with enquiries, recording/forwarding same to other staff when necessary. Scheduling appointments for a busy Multidisciplinary Clinic. General Office Admin supporting staff as required. Undertake any training necessary for the role.
