Key activities/responsibilities: 1. Order fulfilment:    Unloading of vehicles and designating to correct location  Verify and re-allocate product received in according with IEC procedures  Receipt onto custom built package using RF scanners to book and scan freight into correct locations  Store and rack in correct location as per warehouse procedures  Pick and pack products from pick lists in accordance with specific customer requirements  Tracking freight and reporting discrepancies where appropriate  Labelling of product  Ensure product is ready for dispatch to the correct location and palletised correctly  Outgoing shipment is then loaded according to with manifests and scheduled times  2.  Housekeeping:  Ensure equipment is maintained to working standard  General upkeep of warehouse to CTO standards. 3. Stock Control:  Running fifo’s and verify with present stock levels  Reporting, trouble shooting and quarantine of damaged stock  Consolidation of stock. 4. Health, Safety and security:  Adhering to company health and safety and security policy  Reporting any breaches in health and safety. 5. Fork-lift driving: Key Qualities/Qualifications/Experience: Previous Warehouse & Air freight experience an advantage  Ability to work in a pressurised environment  Fork-lift licences  Manual handling training  Power Pallet Truck Licence  Ideally Haz/Chemical Awareness training/experience  Ideally Airline Security Trained  Experience with Inventory Management systems.  Ability to work on own initiative  Team player  Flexible, ability to complete overtime at short notice/weekends.  Available for shift work in required.    Good attention to detail  Team worker but ability to work on own initiative  Excellent time keeping and interpersonal skills  Honest and Flexible approach.
