Service Controller. Cork. Permanent.   My exclusive client is recruiting a Service Controller to join their existing team in Cork city. This is a busy, varied role with a well-established organisation in the Engineering sector. Responsibilities. Assist in the day-to-day management of the office. Act as the liaison between clients and service engineers. Deal directly with clients requests and resolve any issues in an efficient and timely manner. Liaise with management and other areas of the business as required. Collect and manage documentation for service engineers. Managing invoicing, POs and pricing. Ensuring follow up work is arranged and carried out by engineers and priced accordingly. Ordering parts and equipment as required. Accept deliveries and manage documentation. Other related duties as necessary.   Requirements. 5+ years’ experience in a similar administrative/coordinator role. Experience in the Construction/HVAC/Engineering sector is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Conscientious and accountable with a strong customer focus. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Strong administration skills including high proficiency in MS Office suite.
