Administrator - Validation Team. Cork. Permanent. Salary DOE.   My client, a well-established in the Engineering space is recruiting an Administrator to support their validation team. This is a non-technical role reporting to the Validation Manager. Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the validation team. Manage project documentation. Manage the validation schedule. Act as a point of contact for clients. Liaise with the validation team to ensure leads are followed up on. Liaise with suppliers and other third-party stakeholders. Other related ad-hoc duties as required. Requirements 2+ years experience in an administrative role. Experience in an engineering environment or similar is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong stakeholder management. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Flexible and adaptable to suit business needs. Experience with lab/technical documentation is beneficial. Strong administration and IT skills.
