Information Technology Executive. Reporting to the Information Systems & Facilities Manager, the successful candidate will deliver key support activities to assist with the implementation, maintenance and development of Information Communication Technologies. They will be responsible for investigating, defining and analysing both internal and external information and communications technology requirements from both a user and system perspective. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and reviewing safefood ICT processes and equipment, and supporting safefood staff by providing an ICT helpdesk function for day to day issues. Qualifications and Experience: Applicants must have suitable qualifications for this role / post graduate qualification in Information Technology or an equivalent professional qualification. They must have at 3-5 years’ experience in this sector. This employment experience must include experience of networking and communications technologies including LAN/WAN Servers and PC’s, Laptops Mobile devices, Printers Cloud services such as Server, Backup, Office 365 and Endpoint Management.
