An Engineering Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for a Cork based medical device client. THE ROLE: This is a key position within a medical device manufacturing plant leading a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians. The person needs to have strong leadership skills in addition to technical competence and experience of managing within manufacturing environments such as medical device, pharma, electronics or automotive. THE REQUIREMENTS: * Level 8 technical or engineering degree qualification required. Postgraduate would be an advantage. * Ideally 10 plus year's experience in Engineering /Production roles with at least 3 years experience in a leadership role. * Knowledge of regulated life sciences sector is preferred.
