Our Client is a 5* Resort Hotel in Cork. We are currently recruiting an experienced Food and Beverage Manager with 4 years experience in a similar role. Hotel has several beautifully appointed Food and Beverage Outlets and a popularConference/Banqueting suite with a range of meeting and Leisure facilities. The opportunity is to manage all Food and Beverage aspects of the Resort, taking both a strategic overview and an active operational approach to the role, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and improve standards and service on a continual basis. Ideal Food and Beverage Manager candidates will have a good business experience in busy 4/5* F & B properties, naturally you will be highly organised and motivated with a passion for supporting your team in training and ongoing professional development. Obviously you need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. Proven relevent Financial Management experience in this role is required. Experience in the Irish luxury Hotel market preferred, applicants require current legal status to live and work in Ireland, no Work Permit is available.
