HR Manager. Cork. Initial 12-month FTC. I have exclusively partnered with a global technical services organisation to recruit a HR Manager for an initial 12-month contract. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead the HR function in the Cork site for this diverse, fast-paced organisation with a strong customer focus. The ideal candidate. 5+ years experience in a HR Management/HRBP/Senior HR Generalist role. Degree in Human Resource Management or similar relevant area. Previous experience in a Business Process Outsourcing/Shared Services Centre environment ideally. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead the full HR function on both an operational and strategic level. Employee relations experience and up-to-date knowledge of Irish Employment Law. Experience overseeing Payroll and Benefits administration. Experience leading successful HR projects. Critical thinker who is comfortable dealing with uncertainty and change. Strong mulit-tasker with the aility to work under pressure and in stressful situations. Flexible and adaptable to suit business needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with "open door" policy. Excellent stakeholder management. Pragmatic with a "hands-on", relationship focused approach.
