We are currently recruiting Accounts Technician for a busy Cork City Hospitality Group. Ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in busy hotel or high profile hospitality business...please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria as we do not wish to disappoint. Responsibilities include: Working with Finance Director on all financial matters including budgets. Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, Directors, Managers, employees. Sage, Excel etc. Invoicing, pricing, stock reports and quotations. Banking, cashflow and till management. Creditors and debtors. Employee payroll, holidays and timekeeping. Key Requirements: 3 – 5 years experience in an Accounts technicial role required, Experience in Hotel Hospitality sector preferred, Role is generally Monday to Friday short day or 3 day week full day, flexible re start/finish time so ideal role for somebody juggling work/life balance. Some weekend work may be required occasionally. General accounts office management experience is required but its not necessary to be fully qualified Accountant.
