We are currently recruiting Office & HR Administrator for a busy Cork City Hospitality Group. Ideal candidate will have minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in busy hotel or high profile hospitality business...please do not apply if you do not meet the criteria as we do not wish to disappoint. Responsibilities include: Collate correspondence (e-mail, telephone, social media and written) from internal and external sources. Handle enquiries from internal and external stakeholders, Directors, Managers, Accounts, etc. Assisting with recruitment of Fulltime and part time employees. Onboarding and inductions, issuing Contracts, advising payroll etc. Maintaining employee records. Responding to queries. Employee wellbeing. Key Requirements: 3 – 5 years experience in a generalist HR Administration/Coordination role Experience in Hotel Hospitality sector preferred, Role is generally Monday to Friday but weekend work may be required occasionally CIPD and ECDL minimum required, general office management experience.
