Recruitment Coordinator. Cork. Permanent. My client, an established consultancy business is recruiting a Recruitment Coordinator with end to end high volume recruitment and onsite candidate management. Remote working can be offered. Responsibilities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Source candidates for temporary positions. Advertise roles as they open. Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to build a strong candidate pipeline. Manage and update the internal database. Coordination of onsite temporary staff including acting as a point of contact for candidate queries/issues. Build and maintain strong business relationships. Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process. Provide administrative support to the recruitment team. Requirements. 1-2 years experience in a busy Recruitment Coordinator/Agency Recruiter role. Qualification in HR or similar relevant area. Experience with high volume temporary staffing. Strong sourcing skills and experience with a range of sourcing methods. Knowledge of the Construction/Health & Safety sector is beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Team player who is flexible and adaptable to suit business needs. Excellent administration skills and attention-to-detail. High proficiency in MS Office and experience with ATS systems.
