Recruiter. Cork. Permanent. My client, an established consultancy business is recruiting a Recruiter with experience in high volume recruitment and onsite candidate management. Remote working/flexibility can be offered. Responsibilities. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process. Source candidates through a variety of methods. Build a strong talent pipeline. Develop new business on behalf of the organisation. Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients and candidates. Continue to expand your own professional network. Partner with clients and assess their needs accurately to ensure the best possible service is provided. Suggest and implement improvements to the recruitment process and services offered to clients. Requirements. 2+ years’ experience in a busy 360 Recruitment role. Qualification in HR or similar relevant area. Knowledge of the Construction/Health & Safety sector is beneficial. Strong business development skills. Experience with high volume temporary staffing. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships. Strong sourcing skills and experience with a range of sourcing methods. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated and highly organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively. Team player who is flexible and adaptable to suit business needs.
