My client based 20 mins outside Cork city centre on the West side is looking for an experienced payroll clerk for a permanent position. This role is a 4 day week. In this role as payroll clerk your duties will include: Processing weekly, fortnightly and monthly client payrolls in an accurate and timely manner. Addressing client payroll queries and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Processing timesheets and manual calculations. Interacting with ROS in relation to Revenue Payroll Notifications, Payroll Submissions and Statements of Account. Calculating holiday and public holiday entitlements for employees. Experience. Certified Payroll Technician (IPASS) or Diploma in Payroll Management. Minimum of 3 years’ experience processing Irish payroll. Experience using payroll systems including Collsoft payroll. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills. Strong Excel skills. Excellent communication skills.
