An exciting opportunity to lead an established team in CIB, the Advocacy Manager is responsible for driving forward the strategic and operational development of Irish advocacy. The Advocacy Manager is responsible for the funding and performance management of the National Advocacy Service for People with Disabilities and advocacy initiatives within the network of Citizens Information Services. The Advocacy Manager works to increase the quality and quantity of advocacy provision by developing frontline capacity to deliver advocacy; building and enhancing the infrastructure of data collection systems, analysis and reporting; developing quality standards and protocols; and supporting advocacy training, education and peer learning initiatives.  In addition, the Advocacy Manager is responsible for funding the Sign Language Interpreting Service and enhancing access to public services through Irish Sign Language.
