An Accounting Manager is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for a Cork based accounting and financial services practice. This is a chance to join a dynamic team supporting existing and new business owners at all phases of growth. THE ROLE: * Working with clients who raise significant investment on the private equity market. * Supporting Founders/CEOs on the strategy of the business while agreeing a clear roadmap to a significant exit via private equity or an IPO. * Understand the financials of the business and giving direction on how to mitigate the challenges and take advantage of the opportunities. * Planning, scheduling and delivery of management accounts and non-audit assignments. * Financial Modelling. REQUIREMENTS: Qualified accountant with a minimum of five years PQE (ACA,ACCA,CIMA,CPA. This individual will be an accounting professional, with strong practice experience who enjoys a challenging working environment, has a 'can do' attitude, enjoys managing a portfolio of clients, while having the ability to address client needs in an efficient and effective manner.
