We are currently recruiting for an experienced Pastry Chef for a leading Gastropub /Restaurant in Cork City Suburbs. The ideal candidate must have minimum of 3 years previous experience in a similar role within a busy similar property or 4* star Hotel and you musy have previous outlets dining and experience in a very busy Kitchen caterign for large numbers. Your role is to manage overall pastry Kitchen, preparing, planning and serving Restaurant, Bar food and special Events. You should have previous HACCP experience and must be able to produce and serve a wide range of delicious homemade Breads, scones, pastries, cakes, tarts, desserts, afternoon tea treats etc. You need to assist in food ordering, weekly rostering and general Kitchen operations, monthly stock control, team training and support for the Executive Chef in his role. EU Passport or Stamp 4 Required, no Work Permit available for this role....
