FINANCE MANAGER. The successful candidate will provide reliable and effective systems of financial, budgetary and internal control by means of best practice.  They will support the Corporate Operations Manager in controlling use of the organisation’s overall financial resources.   Qualifications and Experience. • Membership of one of the following bodies; ACMA, CPA Ireland, ICAI, ACAEW, ICAS, ACCA, CIPFA. • A minimum of 3 years post qualified financial management experience in the public, private, voluntary or community sectors, or in professional practice. • Approximately 2-3 years people management experience. • Demonstrable experience in preparation of accounts to audit level and liaising with auditors, cost and cash flow management and budget setting, monitoring and controlling. • Demonstrable experience in maintenance of IT based financial accounting systems as well as strong general IT skills. • Thorough knowledge and understanding of financial legislation and regulations.   Application details/procedures: https://www.safefood.net/careers/information-technology-executive.   Closing date: 07/05/2021.   Please note that this advertisement is being hosted by the Public Appointments Service on publicjobs.ie.
