Two experienced Pizza Chef required for Cork, 1 property is a busy Gastro/Bar Food operation in the City suburbs and has free carparking available. Ideal candidate is an experienced Pizza Chef (busy property) with 3+ years experience in a similar role with Wood fired ovens. You will be making your own doughs, developing a range of new ideas and combinations and taking control of this busy section. The 2nd property is a busy Pub/Restaurant in the City Centre with no parking but close to all Public Transport etc. You will be "hands on" proven at working in a small team, using your initiative and supporting Sous Chef / Head Chef in operating Kitchen to new regulations and guidelines, You need to be motivated, flexible and efficient. Both properties will be very busy on reopening and have excellent reputation for eat in / take out option.
