Beautiful 4* Hotel in Co Cork are currently recruiting experienced Food and Beverage Manager with 3-4 years experience in previous Food & Beverage Managers role. Hotel enjoys extensive Food and Beverage and Leisure and Conference facilities in an easily accessible central location. The opportunity is to manage all Food and Beverage aspects of the Hotel, manage and coordinate the Department Heads and their teams and review and improve standards and service on an ongoing basis. Hotel has a good business mix with Rooms, Conference and Banqueting and excellent Leisure facilities and enjoys high level of exposure in the Events Market. Ideal Food and Beverage Manager will have a good business experience in busy 4* F & B properties and will be fluent in current business, leisure and Vacation trends. Naturally you will be a "peoples" person, highly organised and motivated with a passion for Training and professional development. You need a keen eye for attention to detail and you will expect, demand and deliver the highest standards of service, hygiene and guest relations. The person we want will ideally be looking for a DGM posting after this role. Applicants need experience in Irish and International Markets in similar style property at 4/5* Standard.
