We are currently recruiting Sales and Marketing Manager for a leading 5* Resort in Cork. Joining an award-winning, enthusiastic Executive team, the successful candidate will lead a passionate, experienced sales and marketing team to achieve and surpass budgets.  Key focus will be on creating Sales and Marketing plans along with driving strategy and implementing new ideas. You will also be involved with developing budgets, forecasting business and determining market segments and market share while proactively driving sales for the resort.  Nurturing existing clients to ensure their continued business as well as building new relationships in order to gain new contracts and clients in both the corporate and luxury leisure markets.  The ideal candidate will come from a similar background with a minimum of three to five years in a senior sales role along with the following attributes:              •             An ability to source, develop and secure new business and nurture existing business. •             Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. •             Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. •             Conduct on the road sales calls with existing & potential clients. •             Experience of property management systems. •             Lead and manage the team to meet sales target and budget guidelines.
