Luxury 5* Hotel in Cork are currently recruiting experienced Bar Manager for one of their high profile outlets. Applicants need 3- years experience in a similar role in leading 4/5* Hotel Bar with excellent standards of service and efficiency where attention to detail is paramount. Working closely with the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager, ideal candidate will have extensive Food and Beverage experience, ideally in the local market and will speak Fluent English. You will be responsible for daily Operations of the Bar Outlet, creating and introducing Food, Beverage, Cocktail and Wine programmes, managing staffing and service protocols and implementing desired standards.
