Call Centre Manager - Cork. Working with a leading company in their industry who are looking to recruit a Call Centre Manager/Inbound Sales Manager to lead and mentor the team to achieve and exceed common and shared goals Duties include: To carry out the day to day team management of the Cork Contact Centre. Develop culture aspiration in terms of sales and customer service approach and collaborative working. Lead and Mentor a team of outbound internal sales people to achieve and exceed common and shared goals. Management of the inbound Call Centre to ensure that our customers receive best in class customer service. Ensure Revenue and Margin budgets are achieved, ensure all emails / inbound calls are answered in a timely manner. Develop expertise in the team in problem solving and innovative thinking. Ensure activity levels and gateway KPIS’s are achieved by the Internal Sales team including but not limited to outbound calling, quote targets and conversion levels. Ensure Internal Sales Executives form collaborative relationships with field sales & store network. Carry out coaching calls with each team member and setting improvement targets. Ensure all inbound operators are trained to give best in class customer service. Performance manage all identified issues. Conduct monthly 1-2-1 meetings with each team member to identify development needs and conduct formal appraisals as required. Provide monthly sales reports to timeframes and complete all admin. Skills & Experience required: • Previous Experience as an Internal Sales Manager or Contact Centre Manager. • Minimum of 4 years’ people management experience. • Proven background of managing Sales and Service Advisors and developing performance. • Excellent Planning, organisational and communication skills. • Sales skills – demonstration of sales process. especially questioning, closing and negotiation. • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to implement change.
