Manage the day-to-day Administration raising Purchase Orders, checking invoices, preparing files and processing and tracking Data. Managing the Reception meeting and greeting Clients as well as Phone enquiries. Preparing drawings files for Engineering Designers, Production, and contracts departments. Handling Correspondence such as emails, Letters, Organising Couriers for deliveries and collection. Analysing data and preparing reports. Booking travel, hotels, and car hire. Managing Stock such as Stationary, Canteen, Office Supplies and PPE. Managing Petty Cash. Education & Skills: Diploma or higher in Business Studies, Secretarial and/or Administration. Advanced ECDL particularly Excel. Basic SAGE. 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar role. Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
