Quality Control Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our West Cork based Client. A rapidly growing award winning food company requires Quality Control Technician for it West Cork Plant (Bantry). The successful candidate will be creative and Innovative. THE ROLE: * Liaise with Production & Technical Depts. * Reviewing label checks daily. * Carrying out product quality checks on finished product. * Ensure customer quality is met & exceeded. * Ensure quality standards are maintained with respect to procedures, documentation control. * Ensure that all irregularities are reported. * Review and Filing of Production check sheets. * Assisting with customer and regulatory visits and BRC/Customer audits. REQUIREMENTS: * Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal. * Strong Team working skills. * Ability to influence and implement change. * Knowledge of HACCP, having a completed a course is an advantage.
