A Quality Controller is required by CareerWise recruitment to work with a West Cork based Seafood Provider in a Full-Time position. THE ROLE: * Ensure the Food Safety HACCP plan is adhered to at all times. * Conduct product, process, packaging and hygiene checks. * Reviewing Label Checks. * Ensure Covid procedures are followed. * Complete quality documentation. * All non-conformances to be dealt with adequately. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in Food Science/Food Technology or equivalent. * Previous experience in quality within the food industry is desirable. * Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards. * Excellent Communication skills both written & verbal. * Strong IT Skills, knowledge of Microsoft Excel Essential.
