Supply Chain & Logistics Recruitment Consultant – Cork. Sigmar Recruitment in Cork is hiring for the supply chain division. We are looking for an experienced recruiter to focus on roles in the Munster region including Procurement, Buying, Logistics, and Distribution. What you will be doing: You will manage the full recruitment cycle including new business development, job qualifications, candidate sourcing, interview preparation and offer management. You will have access to top tier clients within manufacturing, Pharma, and FMCG. This desk is active and offers an ambitious recruiter the chance to build and expand the desk. You will work on roles from junior level up to director level and have access to a well-maintained database of talented candidates. This is a 360 recruitment position and requires a technically minded individual who can work to clients’ needs and think outside the norm. What you will need: 1+ years’ recruitment agency experience (more is also welcome!) A flare for sales and negotiation. Knowledge of supply chain and logistics industry. Proven track record in achieving targets. The desire to constantly learn and stay up to date on industry news. Strong listening and communication skills and a personable but professional approach.
