We at Sigmar are looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our Multinational client to work on their EMEA Payroll team. You will be joining a business who: Care for and support their staff. Encourage and motivate their staff to achieve goals. Promote internally. Expand and grow their departments - Providing opportunities within for all staff and teams. In this job, you will be joining a dynamic work environment and you will become a key member of the EMEA Payroll team. Your main job duties will be: Ensuring that Payrolls are processed accurately, timely and in accordance with local requirements. Focusing on reporting and reconciliation of pay data to ensure the monthly payroll is correct. Ensuring sufficient controls are in place to capture changes month-on-month and any differences are reconciled and explained. Ensuring that all issues are addressed and resolutions put in place in a timely manner. Responding to employee enquiries regarding the administration of pay. Ideally, you will bring the following experience to the role: International/EMEA Payroll Experience. Strong CRM, Excel and other I.T. skills. The ability to work as part of a team, and co-operate with others to ensure success. Accuracy and a strong eye for detail.
