Maintenance Technicians- Shift role & Weekend role. Shift role is 3 cycle. Weekend - Friday, Sat & Sun 12 hour days. In partnership with its Client Kenny-Whelan & Associates are hiring Maintenance Technicians to join a renowned Medical Device company in Cork. Duties: Work on Mechanical/Electronic troubleshooting, hardware/software interfacing. Carry out preventative maintenance procedures and routines. Assists in implementing improvements. Responsible for identifying, sourcing and replenishment of all equipment spares. Perform equipment qualifications. Design, specify, manufacture, test and document production equipment changes and improvements. Liaise with the Companys personnel and with vendors where necessary. Inform Manager of any concerns about work process regarding EHS and enviromental issues. Ensure that appropriate personnel, tools, are maintained in order to assure Compliance with the Companys Quality Policy. Educational / IT Qualifications. Time Served Mechanical Fitteressential. Mechanical Engineering Diploma or similar. Ms Office to include Word, Excel. Vast experience with PEMAC, CMMS or similar. Key Experience: 3 + years experience in the Medical Device industry. Pharmaceutical /Packaging industry experience will be considered also. Essential to have experience with high end / speed equipment. Ability to Troubleshoot, Repair and Maintain Equipment.
