Site Agent / Project Manager (Civil) | Munster | €Neg + Car + Accom. Our client is a major contractor / developer delivering thousands of residential units across the Ireland. They are now recruiting a Site Agent / Project Manager to deliver Infrastructure works on time and within budget. Site Agent (Civil): Required for 400-unit residential development with the site split in two by a motorway & railway, so need civils packages delivered by this major developer. You will have previous project experience on earthworks, embankments, road, or rail works.  Liaising with the local authorities, managing the ‘in-house’ site team, and monitoring the subbies in relation to quality, time, and cost. As a minimum, you will have seven years post grad experience (Cert, Dip or Degree), be able to demonstrate strong technical knowledge and experience of constructing complex, fast track, highway related civil engineering / bridge projects.
