Use multiple different methods for sourcing and recruiting candidates. Use both traditional and digital methods while sourcing. Screen candidates, set up interviews, interview and support candidates throughout the process. Deal with the offers and placements of candidates. Identify new recruitment leads. Writing up and executing advertisements on necessary forums. All recruitment administration. Track all candidate activity on the HR system. Deal with enquiries from internal customers and employees. What Skills You Need. Minimum of 6 months' experience in recruitment. Familiar with large scale recruitment. Ability to problem solve, work independently and make sound judgements. Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and organisation skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a team and colleagues while building relationships with customers. Be versatile, reliable and responsible. Whats on Offer.
