The company's mission is to improve efficiency while protecting from hazardous conditions. Operating globally since 1947 and in Ireland since 2019. About Your New Job. Immediate Requirement. Work as part of a wider international HR team and partner with other heads of HR to deliver and maintain high quality and consistent HR services. Use management information and data to deliver key insights to team leaders and drive appropriate action plans. Advise and lead the business on the development and implementation oall elements of a people strategy. Develop the current existing HR team. Manage and supervise a large team and ensuring effectiveness. Identify and drive programs to reduce the turnover in the organisation, whilst maximising training and development. Focus on employee relations and develop employee engagement and involvement. Develop and execute preventative labour relations activities. Ensure compliance and updating government and labour laws. Highly involved in the development of the culture within the organisation. Involved in the staffing, on/off boarding and retention of the employees. This company are looking to triple there employees by early next year. Involved in the development of employees throughout the organisation. Manipulating data and manually collating reports. Execute talent retention and attraction. Manage the compensation and benefits and compare them to the market, ensuring competitiveness. Develop and execute initiatives to drive the organisations effectiveness. Maintain a welcoming environment, sustain a two way communication system, through management and leadership. What Skills You Need. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a HR Role, preferably in a manufacturing background. Ability to facilitate change and to create links between the business objectives and the human resource activities. Experience of operating in a fast paced, ever changing environment. Proven track record of working at senior level, supporting other leaders. Ability to demonstrate innovative thinking and execution. Experience in developing and supporting KPI's. Ability to be data driven and keen sense of urgency. Knowledge and experience of dealing with HR functions such as onboarding, training, development, organisational design, HRIS, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits. Degree in Human Resources or relative certificates. Whats on Offer. Competitive salary ranging from €70,000- €80,000. Monday - Friday working week. Opportunity for longer term employment.
