Operating Since 1947 and in Ireland since 2019. About Your New Job. Immediate Requirement. Develop the current existing HR team. Manage and supervise a large team and ensuring effectiveness Identify and drive programs to reduce the turnover in the organisation, whilst maximising training and development Focus on employee relations and develop employee engagement and involvement Develop and execute preventative labour relations activities Highly involved in the development of the culture within the organisation. Involved in the staffing, on/off boarding and retention of the employees. This company are looking to triple there employees by early next year. Involved in the development of employees throughout the organisation. Manipulating data and manually collating reports. Execute talent retention and attraction. Manage the compensation and benefits and compare them to the market, ensuring competitiveness. Develop and execute initiatives to drive the organisations effectiveness. Maintain a welcoming environment, sustain a two way communication system, through management and leadership. What Skills You Need. Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a HR Role, preferably in a manufacturing background. Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office. Experience in developing and supporting KPI's. Ability to be data driven and keen sense of urgency. Knowledge and experience of dealing with HR functions such as onboarding, training, development, organisational design, HRIS, payroll, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits. Degree in Human Resources or relative certificates Whats on Offer. Competitive salary ranging from €70,000- €80,000. Monday - Friday working week. Opportunity for longer term employment.
