HR Business Partner is needed by CareerWise Recruitment for an established healthcare organisation. This is a permanent position. THE ROLE: * Customer Service/HR Business Partner. * Service Delivery & Improvement. * Talent Acquisition. * Compliance, Standards, policies, procedures & legislation. * Payroll. * Projects. * Subject Matter Expert. REQUIREMENTS: * Ideally 3rd level qualifications in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience. * 5 years + relevant experience. * The ideal candidate is someone with experience in a similar culture Stakeholder Management: * Ability to develop strong relationships with HRBPs, line manager and EMB to support their needs in a collaborative and effective way.
