About the Employer: A Cork based company and is one of Munsters' leading Air Conditioning specialists. Founded in Cork in 1996, with over 20 years in business. About Your New Job. Answering customer queries by phone and email. Support the co-ordination and scheduling of Engineering team with Clients. Liaising with customers on quotes. Support implementation of new CRM system. Ordering of parts with suppliers. Greeting customers. Organising and managing post and courier deliveries. General Admin duties and filing. Sending quotations via email and over the phone. Sending out invoices to clients and customers. What Skills You Need. 1-2 years reception experience. Experience in client facing is necessary. Experience in industry such as construction is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer focus. Excellent administration skills.
