About the Company. Worlds leading global logistics provider. In business for more than 140 years. About Your New Job. Checking Supplier Invoices and that they match quotes. Approving correct matching of invoices. Submitting paperwork for same day payments for suppliers. Assisting Ops team on client billing. Creating monthly Admin orders. Assistance at month end with GP finalisation. Weekly Reporting to Manager & Team Lead of outstanding invoicing. General administration such as in/out bound calls, emails and filing electronically and manually. Liaising with customers and clients on quotes. What Skills You Need. 1-2 years experience of working in administration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of working in a fast paced environment. Strong customer focus. Advanced Excel skills. Ability to work under pressure and strong attention to detail. Excellent administration skills. Quick learner and good at multitasking. Whats on offer?
