Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Experience of working with all Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. Excellent Computer Skills. Highly organised and detail orientated. Experience with resource planning tools. A passion for client service. Experience in an operational or team administration role. Experience of stakeholder management. About your new job? Working closely with the partners and the wider specialist team as well as the senior personnel. Liaising closely with the other partners or directors to ensure efficient resource planning for the specialist teams. Working closely with HR to ensure new hires have the required skills and experience, this includes defining roles, screening CVs and interviewing. Managing resource planning, ensuring that the planning board is accurate and identifying capacity. Manage internal automated processes – ensuring they are run, accurate and providing updates to the relevant team members. Building and maintaining strong relationships. Whats on offer?
