Customer Success Manager - Enterprise. About Your New Employer. You will be working with a team who are totally committed to the success of their customers who are global brand names. As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for : Proactively own and manage the success of a portfolio of global enterprise-level customers. Responsible for the successful deployment and business adoption of the platform across your portfolio of customers. Create success plans for your customers and positively influence to ensure adoption, expansion and loyalty. Be an expert on the Platform, with a deep understanding of their technology and content. Consult with customers on their strategy and drive change across their organisation. Build and maintain relationships at the executive level by conducting regular Executive Business Reviews with customer champions in the C-suite and executive leadership. Develop and maintain product expertise, including best practices to provide value to customers. Represent the Voice of the Customer and share your customer expertise with the Product and Engineering teams to drive platform improvements and contribute to the product roadmap. What does the job need? 8+ years of B2B SaaS customer success or consulting experience working with global enterprise-level customers. Experience leading a team. Always seeks continuous improvement, has drive, ambition and great positive attitude. Proven ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with customers especially at the Executive level.
