About the Employer: This is a family run Irish business. Established in 1994. The purpose of the company is to directly supply end users within multiple industry sectors with fit-for-purpose component, where the company design, manufacture, distribute and support products and services to the telecommunications, pharmaceutical and process industries.   About Your New Job. Supplier Management: weekly planning/ forecasting with key suppliers, generating supplier purchase orders and reviewing invoices, assisting in co-ordinating production and delivery activities within the companies manufacturing entities   Customer Management: processing of customer purchases orders, assistance in analysing weekly plans and formatting schedule for timely supply, order reports to key stakeholders at customers on a regular basis, assistance in monitoring historic usage of products,  review information from key customers to identify future inventory requirements, dealing with customer complaints and feedback on deliveries, assistance with RFPs when required. Inventory Management: assisting inventory managers in preparing reports on deliveries/production as required, assistance in ages stock reviews, liaise with inventory managers with regard to reconciling differences between quantities booked and invoiced by suppliers. Procurement: Liaising with customer and suppliers to resolve any queries regarding invoices, process and maintain purchase orders and components - working closely with engineers, product management to establish multiple suppliers for products to manage costing of product mix.   Logistics: Assist supply chain management team with items that may emerge from time to time such as booking and tracking deliveries, delivery to customers such as arranging direct drop to point delivery with courier, dealing with weekly reports on shipments in transit and goods on order to key customers and dealing with all shipping documentation such as invoices and packing lists. What Skills You Need. Professional and polite manner. Good communication skills  Relevant industry experience preferably in a manufacturing /importing/exporting environment. Pleasant and outgoing personality. Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Highly organised and detail oriented. Experience of Sage 200 or similar accounting package is desirable. Independent problem-solving skills. Excellent typing skills. Proficient in all Microsoft Packages especially Excel. Good time-keeping.
