A Human Resource Administrator is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Cork client. This is a 6 month contract with a hybrid working model. THE ROLE: * Support the HR officer to complete all HR administrative functions. * Provide advice on HR policies to Managers and employees to promote consistent application. * Provide support to the HR processes including recruitment, new starters, leavers, contract extensions and related compensation and benefits administration. * Provide support for HR-wide initiatives including training and development, engagement etc. REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor's degree or Human Resources/ Business Administration. * Relevant experience within a busy HR Environment. * Strong administration and organisational skills. * Motivated self-starter that is adaptable and willing to learn; * Excellent PC skills to include all aspects of Microsoft Office Excel; Please call Lauren Cusack today for further information on 087-6489969 or email: lcusack@careerwise.ie.
