A Learning & Development Specialist is required by CareerWise Recruitment to work with a Cork City based Professional Training and Coaching company on a permanent basis. THE ROLE: * Develop a marketing plan with the aim of increasing followers, and ultimately sales. * To include but not limited to social media (paid and organic), blogs, ezines, email, Pendulum 360° community, website retargeting and website lead generation. * Generate and issue metrics reports for all members and company leads using the LMS reporting system. * Design learning experiences (classroom, virtual and e-learning. * Lead the intake and development of new courses, speaker masterclasses, community engagement, interactive learn-along sessions for members, and podcasts. REQUIREMENTS: * At least 3 years' experience in Learning Design. * Proven skills in instructional design for classroom and online delivery. * Proactive individual with strong execution and service orientation. * Experience in engaging stakeholders in learning projects. * Strong project management discipline for setting expectations, execution and resolving issues.
