Sales Executive – On/Off trade. Cork & East Munster. About Your New Employer: Working with a world premium drinks company who are in business over 25 years and have a highly valued customer base across the 32 countries of Ireland. This is a permanent role, looking for you to join their team asap! What is the job? As a Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for: • Manage the commercial performance of this important sales region. • Achieve and exceed sales targets. • Manage and maintain sales within the existing customer base and develop opportunities for growth within this group of customers. • Strategically develop and secure opportunities to extend the customer base through new business development. • Develop and increase sales through merchandising and category management within the symbol and multiple channels. • Maintain strong brand awareness and visibility throughout the sales area. • Manage and support brand sponsored events in the area. • Manage company debt within the sales area. What does the job need? • A proven sales record, 3 yrs+ • On/Off trade sales experience (preferable but not essential. • Strong sales ambition. • Strong interpersonal skills to develop strong customer relationships and work with support staff. • Ability to identify, pursue and secure sales opportunities. • A full clean driving licence.
