About your new Job. • You will be responsible for managing day to day running of the site. • Ability to deliver project on time and to perfection. • Produce accurate, consistent and professional records, reports and general information. • Responsibility for identifying manpower requirements. • Responsibility for management of sub-contractors and direct employees on site. • Take ownership of designated tasks and projects as assigned. • You will liaise with architects, engineers, surveyors and the health and safety officers. • Perform Supplier account reconciliations and work with Purchasing Team. • Forming and enforcing contracts with subcontractors. • To carry out the role of company representation on site and to interface between the company and client. • Reporting to the Contracts Manager. What skills you need. • A Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or Trade Qualification. • Minimum 3-5 years experience in a Site/Project Management role with a Main Contractor. • The ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff and sub-contractors. • Good verbal and written communications skills. • Have a high level of competency and accuracy in writing and maintaining clear and professional documentation. • Strong work ethic and the ability to produce accurate work to strict project deadlines.
