Business development of existing and new clients (cold calling, events, networking and client meetings. Source and manage your own accounts, building relationships with the key decision makers. Candidate sourcing (online, social media, networking, database management. Candidate screening and support (interviewing, consultation, interview preparation. Achieving core KPIs and sales targets.
